Job description
At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Alongside specific roles & responsibilities, we ask that all of our team works to uphold the vision and culture of 156th & Maple in all that they do. We would love an opportunity to serve alongside you and are confident that you would thrive as a member of our team.
*Please note that this is for a restaurant that is currently in construction. If selected to join our team, the anticipated start date is in Mid-October.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
Smile
Create and Maintain Eye Contact
Speak Enthusiastically
Make Emotional Connections with Guests
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Complete cleaning duties assigned on shift
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Work on their feet for several hours at a time
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned

All team members must follow appearance and apparal standards set by Chick-fil-A. The below items are a snap shot of requirements but not the comprehensive list.
Hair must comply with local health department requirements and be natural in color
Facial hair is permitted if neatly trimmed and up to 1/2'' in length
